Purely online by design

For businesses building a digital sales operation.

Joony Retail runs physical stores. Joony Commerce concentrates on the customer journey and operating chain behind an online order.

Online-only brands

Create a branded online buying journey for your products and customers.

From social selling to a store

Move from inbox orders toward a branded catalogue, controlled checkout and traceable order operation.

Existing systems needing a channel

Scope a customer-facing commerce layer around existing catalogue, finance, ERP or fulfilment responsibilities.

Market-specific commerce

Design payments, delivery, collection, language and integration choices around the actual launch country.

Early access programme

Find the right starting point for your business.

Joony Commerce does not publish turnkey SaaS plans yet. The first engagement defines what can be configured, what must be built and what must pass before production.

What is Joony Commerce?+

Joony Commerce helps businesses plan and build online stores through guided implementation. Catalogue, order and payment foundations are available; the storefront, delivery and system connections are agreed for each launch.

Is it a finished self-service ecommerce platform?+

Not yet. Joony Commerce is currently offered through guided discovery and design-partner implementations. We do not present it as a turnkey replacement for established self-service ecommerce platforms until reusable storefront, fulfilment, merchant-onboarding and scale gates have been completed.

What is already available?+

Available foundations cover product catalogues, translated content, pricing, online orders, order status, business access and hosted ABA/KHQR or wallet payments. Each launch confirms the provider, configuration and testing required.

What remains scoped for each launch?+

The storefront and theme, custom domain and SEO, product variants and large-catalogue discovery, shipping and carrier logic, fulfilment lifecycle, item-level returns, marketing integrations, tax requirements and external system integrations remain explicit discovery items.

Is Joony Commerce for physical retail stores?+

Joony Retail is the dedicated product for store sales, inventory, purchasing, operational finance and workforce management. Joony Commerce is deliberately focused on online buying journeys and digital order operations.

How is pricing determined?+

Pricing is scoped after discovery because storefront, payment, fulfilment, data migration and integration requirements materially change the work. Joony provides a written implementation scope, recurring platform costs and external provider charges before a project begins.

Can you integrate our ERP, accounting or fulfilment system?+

Potentially, but no integration is assumed. We first confirm system ownership, API quality, data direction, security, failure handling and reconciliation requirements, then include approved integration work in the statement of work.

How is business and customer data protected?+

Joony uses business-level access checks and permissions. Each implementation also confirms what customer data is collected, which providers handle it, who can access it and how long it is retained.
